Module 5: Automated Data Upload
This module introduces the process of automated data upload to the ACQF Qualifications and Credentials Platform (QCP). It explains how countries can transition from manual uploads to automated systems that connect directly with their national databases. The module highlights the benefits of automation, including efficiency, data consistency, and reduced workload for curators, while also addressing the technical and policy considerations involved. By the end, participants will understand how automated data flows strengthen the integrity of qualifications data and ensure that national systems are seamlessly linked with the continental platform.
