Module 5: Automated Data Upload

Objective: Explore how automated data upload connects national databases with the Qualifications and Credentials Platform (QCP). including its benefits, technical requirements and governance considerations.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Explain the purpose and benefits of automated data upload to the ACQF QCP.
• Describe the two routes for automated upload: bulk upload through the interface, and upload through the API.
• Prepare qualification data in the QCP’s JSON format using the Data Documentation Portal, and check it with the validator.
• Use the virtual space interface to upload data, read upload reports, and understand how new versions of qualifications are handled.
